They spilled bleach down the back of my dress. They spilled bleach down the back of my dress and tried to blame me for it somehow. They also clearly had no idea what they were doing when they were taking the color out of my hair. They wanted to keep putting more bleach on my hair when the red wouldn't come out completely, but I convinced them to call the colorist hotline instead thankfully. Apparently, bleaching it again wouldn't have done anything and they just needed to put some color on my hair. My hair came out looking kind of awful, but at least it was still intact when I left. They might be okay for just a haircut, but I was too appalled by the horrible customer service to even think about going back.

Avoid. It was very rushed. The haircut price includes a shampoo and a cut ... shampoo wasn't even offered until walking up to pay. The stylist cut my hair all together instead of in layers. The cut is uneven as she missed some pieces. She cut the hair dry instead of misting it down or washing it. The neckline was uneven, the hair was uneven having missed a large chunk. It was $15 wasted. I'm literally going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

I would strongly recommend to AVOID. It was my first and last time at this place. There was no customer service.

good job!. i like this salon i. it was clean and the staff was friendly. i got in and out in good timing. they also have a good selection in their retail. so i can see myself going back

Great Cut for Good Price. I really like the Hair Cuttery. I have been to alot of salons in Chapel Hill and had everything from the $20 haircut to the $60 haircut. I was a little nervous to go here because they are a chain and because their cuts are alot less expensive, but my husband raived about his stylist and so I went to see her and he was absolutely right. She's fabulous. I always ask for Lorie and she's very nice and does an awesome job. I even had her do my highlights:)
