In Short – He's Not Here is reminiscent of the back yard of a frat house, without the broken glass. A giant magnolia tree droops over one corner of the bar's outdoor courtyard. This place is best on a warm evening: The moon rises, the fireflies flash their mating signals and the co-eds come out in their shorts and flip-flops. It's enough to make you ignore the stale beer smell and cigarette butts. One warning: if you go before dark, you'll feel like a hopeless, lonely lush. The place only comes alive after 9pm.

If you miss He's Not Here when Frank's Garage plays there, then you'll miss out on one of those rare evenings when you remember it for the rest of your life. It is one of those memorys that you can't force, it's just one of those events that after you leave, you say, wow, that was awesome and you can't wait for it to happen again. Frank's music plays to the 40's crowd as well as the 20's crowd.
- Pros: IT's OUTSIDE! The beer is priced right.
- Cons: none unless you're scared to use a dirty bathroom, but that's what make it a BAR.
