Fast and courteous. We have had them do a couple jobs for us, most recently replacing a 18 year old furnace that quit during a cold spell. They were out the same day to diagnose, followed by a phone call with Bud to discuss options, then the next day they were out to start the install. We could have probably got the replacement slightly cheaper, but the service was so fast and seamless it really was very good. I would recommend Bud Matthews Service to friends/neighbors.…

Timely, Professional, Honest. I called on a Saturday because I was stuck on plumbing in a bathtub faucet. Bud showed up in 20 minutes, told me I could handle it, coached me on solder and flux techniques, left me his torch, and told me to call him if I couldn't get it done. Bud didn't do any work for me so I can't comment on the quality of the work but he is a good plumbing coach, and as nice a guy as they come. Also he never charged me a dime.…

dryer and carpentry work. Recently I used this company for a broken dryer and carpentry work (repair of rotted wood). The dryer part had to be ordered but Bud came back in 2 days and got it installed and working again. The carpentry work was done great.
