We love our stay, will be back soon.
We stayed at the Chocolate room and it was a lot of fun. The combination of the great bed and large whirlpool made our nights very romantic. We love the spinach
scramble eggs and the crepes. We chilled our champagne at the small fridge that the room has.
Oscar was great, he made sure that we enjoyed our stay, thank you, we will be back.…
Great Hospitality, Great for Weddings. We have our wedding at Chapel Hill Bed and Breakfast and we loved it, Oscar was great, he helped so much. We came back for our anniversary, we love the Merlot room. Is a great place, we love it.
Do NOT PLAN A WEDDING HERE!!!. This owner is NOT in the business of Customer Service. Oscar did everything in his power to cause stress for the wedding party, the wedding planners. The grounds were so negelected. The owner lies. The owner promise the moon and when you get there he turns into an evil devil. If I could give no star, I would. Whatever you do-DO NOT CONSIDOR PLANNING AN EVENT HERE. It is his intent to keep your deposit no matter what. This is the WORST B&B I have ever experienced in my travels in the US and Europe. DON'T go here. It is the MOST UNHOSPITABLEPLACE IN THE UNIVERSE. HORRIBLE.…
Back to a great B&B. We stayed at the Merlot room again, we love the whirlpool for two, is so romantic, the bed made me want to stay for a month, and the breakfast was great. Oscar was very nice and professional, he went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Great place. Our friend got married at Chapel Hill B&B, we have a great time, thank you Oscar.…
Wonderfully Relaxing and Charming.
Having been in bed and breakfasts in Cape Cod MA, NY, and the eastern coast of North Carolina, as a repeat experience here, I found this place to be a charming and wonderful experience. I stayed in
the Merlot which was very roomy - with a whirlpool(soothing), an electric fireplace(very toasty), balcony (sat with my laptop overlooking the front - not enough flowers in bloom due to rain but relaxing), bed was lush, room impeccably clean... The owner was very accomodating, friendly and gracious. He gave a detailed walkthrough; answered questions; his personal history is fascinating - pilot, engineering, been all over the world (worldly, take the time to ask and talk with him), and met my requests - ie. asked for more water bottles, replaced an alarm clock, etc.
I had a short drive to the heart of Chapel Hill and Carrboro, and able to experience the relaxing atmosphere away from all the crowd and noise - both worlds are there! enjoyed breakfast and having options to choose from!!…
