Have been a frequent customer for ten years, not anymore. My fiance and I were served a thoroughly rotten /spoiled piece of beef today, and when we sent it back, we were told that nothing was wrong with it, it was our imagination. Don't try to tell me I'm lying; the two of us tasted it and it was disgusting to both of us! Yes, they took it off the check, but even though we were polite about the problem, we were treated with very poor grace, as if the fault were ours. This is not the way to get my money or my business. I will be finding a new place to go out for lunch.
