Ruth's Chris Steak House

1st Time....LAST TIME. Never eating at Ruth Chris, I thought I would finally give it a try....No reservations, no problem we sat in the lounge area....We waited for about 5-6 minutes before even being acknowledged. The waiter took our drink order. I asked if there were any other menus? Oh yes, do you wish to see the full menu? Why yes....When dinner arrived, my steak sandwich was rare. I felt so badly sending it back but it occured to me I was not even asked how I would like it prepared. Needless to say, by the time mine came back, my husband was finished with his dinner. I immediately asked for a to go bag. The waiter never came back by to apologize or even suggest to comp my meal. I will NEVER EVER RETURN.......CUSTOMER NO SERVICE......…

What's the big deal about?. The restaurant is very a la carte. Expect a great time to visit, you are not pushed out of your table, which I appreciate, but the attitude of our waitress was not very friendly. I don't like feeling like I should be embarrassed to return a steak when it is not done to my liking, especially for this price. I would highly suggest you check the on line menu before you go and realize what you will be spending.

Going one time was great to say I have experienced it, but don't know that I care to go back.…
