BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a regular groupon user, and called the salon today to make an appointment. Over and over again they tried to tell me my groupon was expired. After being put on hold numerous times I was transferred to someone else who told me I had to come in for a consultation, before I could make an appointment? I have never in all my 56 years been told that by a salon?! At that point I decided to get my money back from groupon, and will now go to a salon who values their customers business, not one who treats me badly. I don't know why anyone would want to go there, when there are so many customer friendly businesses here in Raleigh?

Tea and Honey. My first experience was very very nice and only gets better as i go.Tameko and staff are always very professional and friendly. They make you feel welcome. I pass many hair salons on my 2hour drive but it is worth the drive. Continue the great work ladies. Tameko continue blurting out those songs. Congrats on the new baby! See you soon. Professional enviroment. Tea and Honey Salon is a nice Proffesional place My Hair was was on the line ,dry and very Limp I receioved a perm and a treatment I can tell the difference the staff was very nice and helpful. My stylist was very patient with me.when I asked a question she answered with no problem.Thanks Stephanie Johnson

JUST MY STYLE. I'm new to the Raleigh/Durham area and was in need of the salon that was right for me. I was tired of just getting my hair done and not knowing what type of products were being used. My first experience with this salon I was educated on all products used in clients hair along with what was best for my hair type. My stylist was ready to work with me as soon as I walked in the door. All the staff were very kind, inviting, and professional. I would definetely recommend this salon to relaxed and natural hair individuals.

Best hair salon around. I love my hair salon and stylist. Not only do they know how to manage my hair, keep it growing, and keep it healthy; but they educate me as well. They help you understand that hair care is not just a salon vist but a lifestyle. At of all my experiences they are absolutely the best

Love Love Love this salon!. There are just not enough great things to say about Tea and Honey Hair Salon. Upon entrance you are welcomed by the warmest personalities. Sweet, attentive and most importantly, professional! Even though the salon is busy and crowded, you are made to feel like the only client in the place. Definitely give it a try. I guarantee you'll love the experience! I'm always happy with my hair when I leave.

Upscale, Sophisticated, and Jazzy is Tea and Honey. Tameko and her Stylists are awesome! I am new to the salon but every other week I can trust she is ready for me, her staff is knowledgeable, and well trained in their craft, and her salon is crisp and clean allowing you to be comfortable and of course be beautified. Ladies if you want to be pampered, you are definitely wanting some Tea and Honey

Great, Speedy, Service from Excellent Hairstylist. After struggling to find the right hairstylist for three years, I finally hit the jack pot! I have been going to Tameko for a year and a half now and all I can say is "There is a hair God". Tameko has taken my hair from ehhh, to a work of art. She is truly a talented stylist. Her team is dedicated to making your visit an awesome and tranquil experience. They all promote beautiful and healthy hair no matter how long, short, or in-between your style is. The bonus is they get you in and they get you out in record time, always being professional and warm. Plus it helps when all the stylist in a shop can do hair phenomenally.
