Posh is wonderful!. I have lived in Durham my entire life and have never been able to find a salon of this quality until Posh. I have seen Meredith and Kenny and they are both wonderful! Highly recommend and glad a salon like this came to downtown Durham!

Laurie A !. I called and made an appointment on a whim, just before Christmas. They got me in immediately (same day), which was very convenient. They scheduled me with with Laurie and...boy, does she have some amazing skills! She did not rush my visit and I was thankful that she took her time. Having long and thick hair, it was nice that she was determined to do a superior job. She was very up to date with various styles and coloring techniques. I was extremely pleased with the results. I was also pleased with the salon. It had a great atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. Overall, A+ !

Laurie Cutler is the best!. I live in Florida and visit NC often. Laurie gave me a cut and style that worked so well with my hair and my face. I am a mom of three and needed a style that was easy but stylish at the same time and she did just that. I sat back and said, "Do whatever you can do" The color was amazing the style was wonderful and everyone said I looked 10 years younger. I will definitely be going back to see Laurie on my next visit!

Awesome Hair Cut By Laurie Cutler!. I live in Florida, but come to NC every so often. Laurie cut my hair for the first time almost 9 months ago and she did an amazing job! I have worked in the salon industry myself and I know good hair. I was so happy with the cut that I would not let anyone else touch my hair and I waited 9 months until I visited NC again just so Laurie do my cut! She is extremely knowledgeable, very talented and offers and exceptionally fair rate considering her skill level is on the higher end. If you are looking for a new stylist, I highly recommend her.

Laurie Cutler is Who you need for stubborn gray!. Laurie Cutler is one of the up and coming hair artists of Durham. When I first arrived at Posh, my hair was so damaged; I had received a bad cut from one of the “cheap” places and several shades! Over the last six months, Laurie has what it takes to get my stubborn grey out and the health and shine back in! I have received several complements on my hair since going to Laurie! She goes the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with my hair! Her co-workers are also very warm and friendly! She also does a great shading technique if you are looking for a new color technique or the latest hair trends! Go see her today!

Kellie is AWESOME!!. I followed Kellie from another Salon and am so glad I did. She is amazing...great at listening what to what you want and providing something even better. Sometimes I'm not sure what type of cut I want or need and she provides great guidance and I always leave very happy.

Posh is great overall. The staff is very helpful. I love the ability to make appointments online. The atmosphere is great inside the salon. Exposed brick is very Durham and from everyone I've spoken with here they treat their people right. This is not always a given, and I will gladly support a place that takes the extra steps to take care of their own.

Great place!. I have been going here for over a year now. I started going to Kayla after having some problems with my previous hairdresser. She has been awesome! I made a significant change from very long hair to extremely short hair and I am so glad that Kayla is the one that I trusted to do it. I carry her cards around with me and recommend Posh whenever I can.

Great!. I love this place! I go to Kayla and she is young and very trendy with all her hair styles whether it be with cut or color! I have went in there many times not knowing exactly what I wanted, just that I have wanted something different and she has came up with something I love everytime! Highly Recommend this place.

Kris Jennings is AWESOME. I discovered Posh only this January when my stylist KRIS JENNINGS, with whom I have been for 12 years now, moved there from another salon (where she had been that whole time). I loved the salon's atmosphere from the moment I walked in; being a Durham resident, I am thrilled to be using the services of a company in the newly-renovated downtown area. I love old warehouses that have been restored, and this one is perfect for a salon. I even love the little stations they have set up for each stylist. I see Kris Jennings, who I absolutely LOVE. As I said, I've been with her for 12 years. I started going to her when I asked a law school classmate, whose hairstyle I always loved, who did her hair, and she referred me to Kris - and I haven't looked away since! I would (and do) refer anyone to Kris with 100% confidence. It's great to have this relationship with someone for so long because they get to know your hair, what it will and won't do, which hairstyles will look best on me, etc. - but we also get to know one another's kids, stories, personalities, etc. I love Kris, and based on the two times I've been so far, I also love Posh! I recommend the salon to anyone searching for a VERY NICE salon, yet one that is more reasonably-priced than some high-price establishments.
