Store manager (Frank) is an axxhole and a lier!!!!. My parents bought a dishwasher on 2/29 with a delivery on 3/2, as promised by salesperson (Mark Mayer)... Still not delivered (3/9)... After several conversations and hours on hold, delivery is promised on 3/10, but the store manager (Frank Mathews) could not offer any guarantees, was very rude, arrogant, indifferent, incompetent and ultimately hung up the phone... Do not shop at this store!!! These are not good honest people!!!

Don't bother with this store!. I ordered a laptop on a Saturday at the hhgregg store located at 8160 Renaissance Pwky, Durham, NC 27713.

I was promised that while it was not in stock that one be delivered on Tuesday between 12-3 pm. I called the store at 12:45 to see if they had a better thought on the time. I was told that they didn't have my laptop and it would be delivered later. I explained that this was not what was promised and was switched to a manager for further explanation.

The manager, already rude, told me that the trucks to this store are on Monday and Thursday and that I would be called whenever it got there (not on the next truck just "whenever"). I tried explain to him how this was unacceptable and I would tell everyone about this when he cut me off and said "I'm just going to refund your money because I don't have to stand here and listen to you."

Fair selection, pushy salespeople. Was looking here at TVs last week and while they had a pretty good selection and okay prices, the sales guys were quite aggressive. I guess they work on commission. I understand that in a slow economy you have to do what you have to do, but this was a little much. Recommend only if you can easily deal with pushy sales people. That said, we did find what we wanted, unlike at Best Buy or Target nearby.
