Customer Service in Parts and Warranty. I had a service warranty and dropped off an equipment. In person they were not helpful and rude. ON the phone they were not any better and hung up on me using phony names. When I called back no one knew who they were since the names were phony. These rep need to be monitored on how to treat customers better on the phone an in person. TOO RUDE ALL AROUND.
