What People Are Saying About Satisfaction Restaurant & Bar

In Short – Renowned for its pizza, Satisfaction is equally enjoyed as a restaurant and a bar. Located in the converted tobacco warehouses of Brightleaf Square, it has an atmosphere that corporate businesses spend big chunks of money to achieve. Good sandwiches, great pizza and an excellent selection of beer make this a great place for lunch--or a Duke basketball game. If you can't get into Cameron, Satisfacion is a good second choice for watching the game.
Good location / atmosphere, decent food

Pretty cool place on the inside, especially if you're into the sports bar thing. The pizza sauce, though, seems watered down, although it tastes good. We got a french bread pizza once, and the bread was soggy from the watery sauce. I also ordered wings, and the blue cheese was more like blue milk. Kinda gross. The wings were a bit dry, too, but maybe I just like a lot of sauce. Lots of options for pizza toppings, though, so that's a plus.
- Pros: Cool atmosphere, lots of pizza ingredients
- Cons: Pizza sauce and wing sauces watered down
Good Sports & Bad Service

Satisfaction is a good place to watch a variety of sports on lots of TV. The pizza is mediocre - there are many much much better places for pizza in Durham. We experienced poor service (took 15 min to notice our arrival, 15 minutes to get our first drink, and our pizza was delivered initially to the adjacent table), I'll qualify this by saying we came to the conclusion that it must be our waiter's first week as waitstaff. Additionally, I was served a beer that I was told was "the best on tap" which I believe was either switched out with Budweiser or was skunked.
- Pros: location, sports, atmosphere
- Cons: service, food, beer
I would have to be drunk...

My husband and I, along with our two year old stopped in for a quick lunch on a Sunday. My husband had been here for lunch previously and said the sandwiches were good. This place had terrible service. Our server was much more concerned about the big party next to us that guaranteed an 18% tip and large alcohol tab to be attentive to our little table of 3. We sat there for several minutes before she took our drink order and then ignored me later when I asked for silverware when our food came. My poor son's food was disgusting. His hamburger was burnt and his mini hot dog looked like it was 5 days old. My food was average (how hard is it to cook a cheeseburger?) but I was so turned off with the service and the fact that the manager was hanging over our table half of our meal to figure out the remote for the tv's. I will definitely not be back.
