My miracle workers. It is so hard to believe that someone had a bad expirience with this salon. They are the most friendliest hairdressers that I have encountered all over the Durham area. Other salons that you go to may be very unprofessional and the wait may be exhausting and very uncaring. The stylist at Inflight really try to make your stay highly pleasurable. Maybe that was someone who may not have neededto be answering their telephone in the first place. These stylist are truly miracle working in the hair care business.

Highly Satisfied!. I hightly recommend this salon location to anyone new to the area looking for great people that are experienced and love their craft.

I receive a smile and hello every visit from all the stylists which makes me feel very welcome in the salon.

They really express haircare services that are needed for my hair to maintain style and body.

Customer service is first on my list to be important and someone to tell me what is best for my hair is even more important! especially if it is proven that it works. High on my list.........I love this place!

Not Customer Friendly....... Unfortunately, customer service is not that great. I called to make an appointment, and someone answered with a mouth full of food. New to the RDU area, I asked for a hairstylist, however instead of booking me an appointment the person acted like I was a bother. I was abruptly told that someone will call me back later and hung up on. Needless to say no one called me back. Apparently, this establishment does not welcome new clientele.

Great experience. This salon is a great find! The stylist was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. The atmosphere was great, and the location is excellent. I would definately recommend this salon to anyone new to the area, as well as long-time residents. I had an exceptional experience.
