Pleased Customer!!

I was VERY please with the service that I received from Harmon Plumbing (Rooter-Man). I'm not really sure where "BILLPAYER" went to school; but his math is wrong!!! I was told UP FRONT of charges to expect before ANY work was performed at my home. To be quit honest; I feel that plumber's are well worth the fees that are associated with their trade. I was EXTREMELY pleased that I didn't have to pull my own sewer pump (yuck) and make repairs myself (which I have no idea how to repair a sewer pump in the first place). These plumbers are WELL educated and well worth the money in gold!!! If Mr. "BIllpayer" didn't agree with the price; why did he authorize the work!?!?

SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED

They unplugged 12ft. of toilet drain. The work took 10 minutes. They charged me a whopping $199 for this.

The man was only in the house for 20 minutes altogether.

Consensus was that I had been "taken". I agree.

My later inquiry found that one competitor quoted $85 for a whole hour's work. The other charges $55.00 for the call plus about the same per hour.

Harmon is charging the equivilent of $ a whopping $1294 per hour, $597 if the diagnosis figured in.

My doctor charges $115 for a 15 minute visit $218 for an extended visit, less than Harmon charges. I don't feel that a plumber is equal to a doctor either in skill or in education.

Thus, how is this kind of overpricing justified?

I would not feel comfortable in using this company again. Do what you wish, you were warned.

Great customer service and they are clean

I called this company out last week for a clogged drain. I was pleased that office person called me before the plumber came over, which was nice, instead of just showing up. The plumber looked at the problems with my drain and advised me, that he would use his equipment to clear the problem. He let me know the cost for the repairs and proceeded with cleaning the drain. When he finished with the work he cleaned up the work area and took time to show me that the drain is as good as new. I am very pleased because they were on time, they called before coming over, they were very clean and they also accept credit cards.

I'm happy!

Fantastic Service & Great Solutions!

I called this company out to our home after my wife tried to install a new shower faucet set. I noticed a leak in the ceiling after my wife tried to replace the faucet herself, and I was mad at my wife. The guys that came out were very clean, professional, and performed several tests, before confirming my theory, (although they stopped very short of saying that, it was my wife?s error); They said it was caused by a very specific plumbing leak which they showed me after my insisting on seeing the actual leak that was in the wall. One thing that I felt really good about was that, they even had camera equipment that could see inside of the wall & ceiling without having to open a very large opening, I think they are very up to date on the latest equipment and repair techniques, (certainly more so than my wife). I feel that the leaks in the ceiling were caused by my wife. The plumbers corrected the problems, and were very clean; in fact the bathroom was cleaner when they left, than when they arrived. My wife has agreed that it?s better to call the guys at Harmon Plumbing Co, rather than trying to doing it our self. We found that it?s cheaper too, because now we have to get the living room ceiling repaired and painted. It feels good to finally have a company that we can call and feel good knowing that the problem will be solved and that they guarantee it.

Friendly caring people, Well trained and Great to deal with and above all Clean!!

We called this company on Tuesday morning; we needed service for our toilet and drainage system. The phone person went above and beyond to work us in on the same day we called. We were very happy because we had out of town guest arriving the following morning. The plumber arrived on time and checked our troubles; he gave us two options to resolve our plumbing issues. We chose the first option and they proceeded with the work. The job was finished on time and they were very clean. Also we were told the cost before they began the repairs. They did stick to the quoted price. They have restored my confidence in service people. You know, I could tell that they really knew their jobs and cared about our needs and YES we will use them again in the future.
