This Doctor knows his stuff.
I was extremely impressed by the new technology that Doc Rosenstein has in this office.
Very High-Tech! Very clean office!
The doctors professionalism was top notch, as was the staff.
Very courteous front office staff, along with great ease of transaction.
The doctor explained very thoroughly what I needed, and in terms that I could understand.
Very good with young kids as well.
The optometrists staff spent a lot of time with me, making sure i got the perfect pair of glasses, and then made sure they fit me very well.
Dont waste your time going to walmart, see a true professional, and get a quality pair of glasses.

greedy charlatans.
I would avoid this place at all costs. While the doctor is nice and quite thorough, he and his staff are out to cheat you. After getting my exam, and buying a brand new pair of glasses from their vision center, I had to *ask* for my eye prescription. They only gave it to me reluctantly. Since my insurance only covers so much and I wanted a second pair, I wanted to take my prescription and use it to buy a second pair online for much cheaper.
The prescription she gave me was INCOMPLETE. I went back, explained that it was incomplete and Linda (avoid her!) gave me a lecture about how I didn't need it. After I explained why, she gave me another lecture on buying glasses online and then filled in the wrong numbers! And again, not all of them! So I had an incomplete record a second time!
They do not seem to understand that they do not own my medical records and are required by law, upon request to remit them in full. All this in order to scam another sale. They lost a customer because of their greed.

Quality Service and Very Knowledgeable Doctor.
I was thoroughly impressed with the level and quality of service I received during my visit. The staff were efficient, yet very friendly. The doctor was great!! He had a great bedside manner and was extremely knowledgeable. He talked me through everything he was doing and made me very comfortable with his manner and expertise.
I would highly recommend him to everyone I know. He is trustworthy and a great family doctor.
