The Scene
This is the closest hotel to Duke University and the area's major medical centers. Visiting medical professionals and families needing to be near loved ones will appreciate the proximity. The property offers complimentary shuttle to and from local clinics.
The Details
Standard rooms are equipped with cable TV and basics that range from modem jacks to coffee makers. While the accommodations aren't the most stylish in town, the services are decent, including a concierge, 24-hour front desk and restaurant. The hotel is convenient to the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and downtown sights.
