A little ole' country general store serving down-home foods and goods since 1969.. In Short
Originating in Lebanon Texas, this country store and restaurant has branched out all over the U.S. The décor includes old advertising signs, farm equipment, early kitchen appliances and photos which complement the country-style seating. Their menu includes home-style comfort foods like meatloaf and house-made mashed potatoes daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure to stop into the gift shop for souvenirs and a variety of knick-knacks.

Grandma is mad. I have finally found a restaurant that can compare to Grandma's Sunday Morning meal. Although I classify myself as a Cosmopolitan, I have no problem laying aside my city-ness and head for this down-home country kitchen. Why not sit in a rocking chair while you wait? Or go shopping for candy you haven't seen since you were little in their Country Store? Cracker Barrel has it all. Great food. Great ambience. And the nostalgic distractions that help pass the time while you wait for a table. Grandma, I'm sorry...but their buscuits and grits taste better than yours!
