I called the Bryant Durham Services Co. for service my store panel switch, they took my credit card up front for service call $90 and then sent a guy. The technician looked at the penal switch and said, company required 2 guys to touch the panel's job. So I have to pay another $90 to the 2nd guy. If I dont want the job done then I would just pay $90 for doing nothing, just to look at it. This is a big rip off.
Very Clean!. Very Clean Work and cleaned up work space when job was complete. Very friendly and professional. :)
Problem Solved!. I knew what the problem was but did not see it. He pointed it out to me immediately. Next time I will know how to fix it. Thank you!
Great Technicians!. Both Technicians were a great representation of your company. They did a great job!
Professional and Personable. Took the time to explain things. Careful about the surrounding furniture, floor etc. Worked very well with the AC contractors ad the job moved quickly and successfully.

A while back, I had some work done by Bryant Durham. When I was handed the bill, I find that I was over charged in several areas. I was charged $90/hr for the tech to drive to Burlington, to pick up a part. Had I been given an option, I would have just asked for them to ship the part, and come back when they get it in. That would have been much less than the $200 or so that I was charged for travel. I was also overcharged for parts. The service tech told me that he didn't agree with the way his company charges(marks-up) for parts. After talking to manager, they did reduce my bill, and told me they were charging wrong. He thanked me for "pointing it out" and said they would change the way they charge for parts.
Last but not least, 2 months later, I had to have my freezer repaired again.
I will never use Bryant Durham again!

generator. We had our generator installed by them and I am very thankful to have our own energy source. We feel very safe and love the new addition to our home, thank you!
Safety First!!. My husband and I just bought our first house and we've been toying with the idea of expanding our family. My biggest concern being the safety of our home for potential children. Bryant Durham's services were efficient and thorough in the entirety of the installation of an alarm system. I am so pleased!!

Durham Electrical Services. We recently moved to a new home in the city. We aren't used to living in such a busy area and were concerned about the safety of our home and children.
