This is a really fun place to shop; I have been going there for years and I can always count on them for something fun for gifts and they have great clothes! Nice customer service as well. Wish they were a teensy bit bigger, but then maybe it wouldn't be so much fund to poke around!

This place has such fun clothes and accessories. I used to go a lot when I was in high school, and the shop is still very appealing to me in my mid-30s. :) The owner is a great supporter of Durham and Ninth Street.

Before my birthday or Mother's day, my husband always asks, What do you want? I'll say, I want you to find me something, but here are a few places to look. Vaguely Reminiscent is one of those establishments. When I was on a student budget, I could find beautiful barrettes or funky gifts for friends at this store conveniently located to Duke University. Although I never found the clothing to be in either my price or size range, I still go back to buy earrings, Christmas ornaments and artsy items like the handcrafted outlet cover in our bedroom. Worth a look and always fun!
