Worst customer service ever! Supervisors refuse to talk to you, defective merchandise!. I purchased a bustier set from the boutique on Guess Rd. I wore the bustier out of the store, my receipt stating the purchase was made at 12:24pm. I went to get coffee when my fiance noticed a tear in the silk part of the top. We went back to Priscilla's at 12:50. The clerk called her supervisor who refused to speak with me or even give me her name but gave me the distrubutor warehouse # 336-218-0012- for Priscilla opt 4, opt 2.

Their excuse was that they didn't know what had taken place from the time I left the store at 12:24pm to the time I came back at 1:50pm. No store credit- no nothing- NEVER EVER SHOP THERE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHATEVER YOU PURCHASE IS YOURS FOREVER- money gone, even if DEFECTIVE. The supervisor was WEAK to make her clerk handle my complaint. WEAK.
