A few nice extras next to Duke University.. The Scene
This two-story, 45-room inn is right across the street for Duke University. Its rates are fair, and the location makes it ideal for visiting faculty, medical personnel and the parents of on-campus students. Book ahead for major university events.

The Details
Rooms here have two double beds (great for families) and microwaves (great for those in town a while). One downside is the lack of data ports, but the inn does provide copy and fax service. Continental breakfast is served daily. Given the lack of facilities, it's clear that this place is all about it proximity to campus. There is sufficient parking for cars and RVs.
