he is dis respectful and very arrogant. he has been seen buying beer in the company truck and drinking it on the back roads. the reason that office is doing bad .......well the mgr is the problem but the upper mgt cover there eyes. when will they wake up....no they keep losing people. HELLO PHIL DO YOU SEE THIS!!!!!

Tricky, hardheaded and dishonest.

Watch out them never tell you the truth. Will try to trick you on prices. May threaten you, even to call police on you. Never seen any sales person like these guys, anyway their truck will never roll to our subdivision anymore.

company treats employees badly

Mr. Clegg believes his employees (except for the salesmen) don't need air conditioning in there trucks. So these poor men are not only working in the 90 degree weather most of the day, they can't even get relief driving from job to job! His opinion is they'll just goof off if they have air, so he just buys trucks w/out it. Just wait till someone has a heat stroke on your clock!!
