They just got fined for shoddy work on my house. I hired Clegg's to treat for termites at an old house I bought last year. Builders saw live termites two weeks later. Six months later, termites swarmed. Both times, Clegg's came back out. Two weeks ago, termites swarmed again. This time I called another company and the rep suggested I call the state about Clegg's because of what he saw when inspecting the crawlspace. So I did and the state guy found numerous violations for how Clegg's was supposed to treat and cited them.

In addition, before all of this happened, I was worried I had termites at my residence. I called Clegg's and another company. Clegg's told me I had termites and it would cost about $1,000 to treat. The other rep told me the termite evidence was old and that the area had been treated and was fine.

This is a bad company. I used them because I like to support a local business and because there are positive reviews here. What a mistake! If you are thinking about using them, call the state inspector and you will discover that I'm not the only one who has had problems with this company.

Good reliable service and good results. I have been a satisfied customer for eight years now. I cannot say enough about their good, courteous, and timely service. They are always there, in between treatments if something crops up. They always go the extra mile for me. I have an idea that the one complainer probably erred himself, and had to pin it on someone else...

Bad business practices. This company will do anything to cheat its customers. I signed a year contract for them to spray for bugs in my home. The last appt I scheduled with them I told them I was not interesed in renewing my contract and wouldn't pay for it. Without my knowing, or permission, they claim to have returned to my home, 3 months later for another service.

I did not schedule this, nobody was home, and the house was locked. This was a year ago. Since then they are still calling me to have me pay for this service that they allegedly performed, saying that I didn't officially cancel my contract.

They are annoying, and are low enough to keep trying to cheat me out money for something I never gave them permission to do.

I cannot recommend this company. Beware!

Very Satisfied. I have been dealing with Clegg's for a couple of years now, and I have to say I am very pleased with the work they have done. I not only have my pest control through them, I also have termite service. I have had my ups and downs, however that is with any company. I called into my local office voiced my concerns, and my problems were taken care of.

I would recommend anyone use their services. I have dealt with corporate businesses before. I like that this company is truly family owned, and they take pride in the people they serve.

Astounded by the exceptional customer service. Taking a moment to thank Clegg's personally for the exceptional customer service my family has received and continues to receive since deciding to change over our termite and pest control needs.

As a business owner myself, I am well aware of the time, money and effort it requires to bring on a new customer, much less keep them. I recieved excellent customer service not only from the field manager but also from the termite techs and pest technician. They instructed me of the entire process that would take place at each service. On your website you mention great customer service. I would actually change that to exceptional or extraordinary customer service at the very least. While this may be just business as usual for Clegg's, being treated this way is unprecedented and non-existent everywhere else. It did not go unnoticed and it was greatly appreciated.

Happy Customer. If I were a termite, I would hesitate to approach this house now that it has been protected by Clegg's efficient system, that was carefully installed by the technician. The entire scheme was thoroughly explained to me by the inspector. He answered all my questions reassuringly with patience and courtesy. It was an altogether pleasant initial interview.

very happy customer. My husband and I came home from work and found what we thought was flying ant.. We called Clegg"s that night and the next day they came out and did a inspection on your home, and told us that they where swarmers ( termites). The inspecter told us we had two ways of getting them out of our home a baiting system or liquid. we liked the Idea of the baiting. he was very good at helping us to deside. WE have told a lot of friends about Cleggs and we are very happy at this time.

Customer Service. Had a termite issue, called cleggs pest control, they sent a very nice representative to my home and he took the time to show me where the termites were located and explained the habits, and the control measures that they were going to perform. The next day there crew were at my home at 8.00 a.m. to treat my home. thank you all for your hard work and time. I would recommend cleggs termite & pest control to everyone.

new bern office magr. he is dis respectful and very arrogant. he has been seen buying beer in the company truck and drinking it on the back roads. the reason that office is doing bad .......well the mgr is the problem but the upper mgt cover there eyes. when will they wake up....no they keep losing people. HELLO PHIL DO YOU SEE THIS!!!!!

Tricky, hardheaded and dishonest.. Watch out them never tell you the truth. Will try to trick you on prices. May threaten you, even to call police on you. Never seen any sales person like these guys, anyway their truck will never roll to our subdivision anymore.
