Durham's Best. I have rented items for weddings and equipment for my business and personal use. I have never had a problem with anything! I would never consider going anywhere else in the triangle. Best Rent All is simply "Durham's Best." - Mark

Best Rental. I have used Best Rentals for personal use...parties and a wedding and numerous times for bussiness affairs.I have always been 100% satisfied. I NEVER have had any problems. In fact my office is in Cary and I come to Durham just to use Best Rentals.

Best Rent-All, Inc, not so pleasing. I rented a Trench Master for 4 hours, got home and the starter rope broke on the second pull. I carried it back, waited for the rope to be replaced, got the tool home, cranked it and within 5 minutes a belt (or two) broke. Carried it back and they gave me a second tool. Got it home and within 10 minutes two belts started to jump off the pulleys. I tried to repair for about an hour then gave up. by now over 2 1/2 hours of 'my' time was lost. I was able to dig about 20 ft. of an estimated 150 ft. line.

When I carried it back, no apology nor monetary consideration was given; only it was my fault for not pulling the tool backwards, which was a lie, since I had used similar tools before. That was their way out.

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.

Not at its Best. Best Rental - All, has just about anything that you will need to rent for your upcoming party, wedding or social event, WARNING: Make sure you count your linen and other items before leaving their facilitiy, after returning my items, I was told that I was missing a table cloth; and the replacement cost of the missing table cloth was the same price as my deposit "How Ironic". This was my only dissatisfaction with this company.....hope this helps!
