April 13, 2013...Mitsubishi had Electrotech complete warranty work on my 5 month old TV. Electrotech called within the hour after I had Mitsubishi’s approval for in home repair. I told the tech guy about the problem he said that it would take a new part and that it would be here in 7 days and it was. He installed the part on a Saturday within 12 hours after calling me that the part was in. TV is actually working better that new. This tech guy really knows his stuff, he spent time showing me many features that I was not aware of. They were very courteous and professional. They are located approximately 40 miles from my home. Would highly recommend them to anyone for TV Repair.

Is this a Twilight Zone Movie????. This place can't be for real. Can anyone be more rude on the phone?? Will they return your phone calls, NO.

I have waited 3 weeks for a simple bulb for my projection TV. I could have ordered one on Ebay and had it in 3 days, but I have a GE Extended warranty that requires me to use this place. I can't believe the lady that answers the phone could treat another human being the way she has treated me. Please do not even give this place a call, they could care less. Every time I call to see what is happening they act like they had never placed the order in the first place. After a week, I asked if it usually takes this long to get parts and she "it can". OK, fine, but now it is 3 weeks later and the last call she says the part is ordered and should be in in a few days. Am I expecting a call when it arrives, NO. Have I called GE to beg for another shop to fix my TV (yes). Run from this place, I beg you. They are running a 1950's business in the year 2008.

Never made it past a phone call.... RUDE!!! Rather buy a new one then give them business!. I never even got so far as to get my TV INTO the shop. They are the only repair shop in Durham and since most in Raleigh offer free estimates I called and asked if THEY did. The woman got snarky and replied, "Um NO! there is a counter fee depending on the size of your tv..." I told her it was a 27" box tv and she just sat there not speaking for several seconds before finally spitting out that there would be a $40 fee to look at my TV. She was just totally rude the way she came off and I think that being the only repair shop in town and charging a fee almost half the cost of a new TV to even LOOK at mine is outrageous! They were VERY RUDE!!!

Terrible repair experience. I sent my TV to be serviced by them (as they are the only authorized repair shop in town) under warranty from the factory. 2 months later, I've been forced to take the TV back, unrepaired, for an exchange directly from the company. The people with whom I spoke were very standoffish, and never did I get the hint that they even cared about doing repairs. I'm definitely going to write a letter to the corporate HQ for my TV company letting them know about this place.

Great Service. Great Service, Very Courtious - Family Run. They fixed my TV which was under a store warrantee, would use them in future even without the warrantee.
