The only place to take yourTV in Durham. Took my LCD TV last Thursday, didn't get a call by Tuesday so I called them. It was $45 just to drop off the TV, and if you decided to have them fix it, they would apply that to the total bill (very fair). My diagnosis was unfixable, or at least would not be worth fixing due to the cost, so I decided to pick it up anyway. When I went to pick it up, they wanted another $25 because they told me the part I needed to fix it. Good people there, but they shouldn't try to squeeze every dime out of a customer.

highly recommend. I took my Sony Trinitron in to have them look at it. They listened carefully to me as I described the problem. A few days later they called to describe the fix and the repair amount, a reasonable figure. Within five days I had a television that was working again and it's been over a week since it's been back and absolutely not a hint of the former problem remains, so these good folks at Aiken really know their stuff. NIce folks, competent, responsive and do the job. What else could you ask for? If you have a TV problem, I'd highly recommend them

knowlegable and fast service, fair price. After a lightning strike ran in our house, we had numerous dead audio/video items. Our insurance company required a professional to check our equipment to determine if it was repairable or had to be replaced. We took 5 items to Aiken on a Tuesday afternoon, payed a flat fee to test each item. We had our information and/or repaired equipment by the next day! This family owned business gave us great service at reasonable prices. I recommend them to anyone in the area.
