Traumatizing!. I went in to donate my hair to Locks of Love and the woman cut off double what she was supposed to! I specifically told her 10 inches and she cut off almost two feet of my hair. I sat down with hair down to my butt and left with hair above my shoulders. When I told the woman that she cut too much off initially, she literally just shrugged her shoulders at me! Granted, it's Great Clips so I wasn't expecting a salon experience, but the rudeness and horrible cut compelled me to leave a review. Go to a different Great Clips!
