Pharmacy gives away your ID to anyone!. I would like to lodge a complaint against the pharmacy at Wal-Mart. .

I dropped of a prescription to be filled on Wednesday August 4, 2010 and left it explaining that I would be back the next day to pick it up. When I returned the next day the clerk said it had been pick up the night before. They gave my medicine to a woman without id or an insurance card or last names anywhere near my last name. I do not care about the medicine but I do care that they gave my NAME,DOB, HOME ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, and DOCTOR and prescription # away to a stranger. The manager did nothing and the clerk who admitted she gave it to the girl because she was white and said she was my daughter. I do not have a daughter. What can I do legally to make sure this does not happen to anyone else?
