Arrogance not advised for Customer Service!!

Went to the dealership from Sanford, NC with $5,000 and a trade-in. Dealership was out-dated, staff didn't appear happy but I was after a great deal anyway...Was ignored at first and then demanded to speak to someone. An arrogant older man with bleached blonde hair who stated he was the GM came out to meet me. After listening to his obvious "used car" salesman talk, I test drove a Mazda3, actually liked the car and wanted to wheel and deal but was ignored again. Saw the arrogant GM and he said he would be with me in a few minutes and waited for 30 and finally left. I can't believe that this obviously hurting dealership doesn't treat their customers a little better. Also saw an employee being reprimanded right in front of me-- I summized they must treat their employees as bad as their customers. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE Would not give this dealership a dime of my money

Sales Experience Was Great

Bought a Mazda 3 from them. Sales experience was great---no pressure and no forced add-ons! My salesman was highly knowledgeable of the Mazda 3! Being a woman, he didn't just show me the upholstery and the stereo system, but instead, raised the hood to show me the finer details of the engine. On the roadtest he encouraged me to push the vehicle to see how well the Mazda 3 handles in curves. I was impressed! Finance department was fine---as it was a straight deal, I didn't have to pay any numbers game. Service has been fine as well! I too am an out of towner and often leave my vehicle at the service department while I catch up with family in town, but they have always called me when my vehicle is ready.

I bought 2 cars from them at the same time to get a better deal. The price was O.K., but the service is another story. I brought in my car over the summer to be serviced. I told them that I was from out of town. I kept calling to see if it was ready. The last time I called they had closed. Needless to say I was stranded. Today, I brought in my car to be serviced again. I called over and over again... They kept saying they'd check back until finally they told me it wouldn't be ready. Again, no car...
Don't get stranded.....
