Somewhat random deli.... Piper's is situated in an almost-residential neighborhood next to a dive bar. Piper's itself looks a bit divey, but has a great selection of sandwiches for the carnivores, the hot-sandwich lovers, the picky-plain eaters and the vegetarians.

They also have pretty good deals on draught beers - Blue Moon, Seasonal Sam Adams and Yuengling...

Great lunch spot. Piper's deli is a good place to get quick, fresh food. During weekday lunch, it can be crowded, but we have always been able to get a table. The service is fast and friendly - with lots of drink refills. The homemade soups are delicious (my favorite is the navy bean topped with onions and Texas Pete!). They have a wide variety of burgers, salads, and sandwiches and the grilled pimento cheese is delish. As this is a kid-friendly place, it can sometimes be a bit noisy. But, hey, it's not the kind of place for a power lunch anyway . . .

User review by sunnyride23. Best fresh deli sandwichs in the triangle. Great service! Fun, free, southern, and light atmosphere. Daily speacials. Wonderfully delicious homebaked treats e.g. chocolate chunk cookies, oatmeal raison cookies, apple, peach, and blackberry cobbler, and fresh cakes.
