Worst rental experience I've ever had.

The management is extremely hostile and everything breaks. It is dirty and unsafe. I cannot possibly overstate how awful it is to live here. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I like it, not what others say!

I think the apartments are great for the size and rent. They are older but if you wanted an A+ property go up and the street and pay 1000 a month and not get the space or washer and dryer. The office staff is nice for the most part. I agree that there are certain people that are not nice but not all of them. The managers are fair and help out as much as they can. If you want a clean and spacious place and not have to sell a kidney to pay your rent then move here.

BADDDDDD customer service

Going apartment hunting is the worst, but it's even worst when you have leasing managers with pms syndrome. I mean this __"B"___,,,, Jaylynn" is her name. She was really rude. really rude. Im doing My best to get her out of there. She is rude to everyone. Before I knew about her attitude I reccomended a couple of people over there, because of the great rates. DONT be fooled. I go over there to see my friends, and one has a (country roadents) running around her apartment, the other has (they wont let me put what i want to say but they have "rchs" insects). Come on Jaylynn with all that mouth you need to get on the phone and clean the place up. Do something other than making people feel like crapp. You are a leasing consultant. Trick please one of them mexicans can do your job.....Dont get comfortable.....Im good for 1-800-anono. calls. Then security are all fat and lazy service, they dont do anything. I smelled trees coming from one of their cars one night. Also too many kids run loose in the street. Yes i put 4 stars, cause i want everyone to see.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER

This is the worst place everrrrr.

The management is worse than any place on this earth.

Managememt is very very very rude...

I would never live at this place ever again...

One piece of advise--> DONT LIVE HERE

The Management is worse than any other community..

I dont understand why GSC has ILLITERATE and RUDE management

THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE

I would'nt recommend ANYONE to livre here,Dont let the good rates fool you!! It is dangerous people kept getting robbed and they have security! In the morning and sometimes in the evening when i would go out there would be bats flying around..YES in the broad day light. I would have to run my arrands during the day b/c i was scared to go out @ night. Thats no way to live and i wanted to break my lease so many times nut i was affraid i wouldnt be able to get another apartment in the mean time..Please let this be your LAST choice!!
