CROOKED COMPANY!

This company was very desperate when they hired their office manager (Madeline), She is the most unprofessional, dishonest,non knowledgeable and unorganized persona I've ever done business with. She has violated my privacy by discussing my account in front of other renters and guest. There is no need to report her to boss because he (john) does absolutely nothing. If you decide to do business with this company may sure you correspond every conversation by email. They respond quickly this way. When vacating the promises make sure u take pictures and get a receipt for returning your keys. They will say keys were receive 5 days later and charge u.They r such LIARS! I had to dispute my case through the court and was pleased with the outcome. They will try to charge you for every little thing to keep ur deposit.

My personal experience working with this company has been wonderful. The administrative and maintenance staff are always professionaI, consistant and courteous. They have always met my needs. Customer service is excellent! Great Team players.

These Guys Know What They Are Doing!

I've dealt with Maria Arena and Real Estate Associates for over 5 years now. They have handled my property, taken care of it, and seen that it is occupied by good people. In ALL cases, they have passed the test. I realize folks with a gripe like to bash others, but you have to listen to the good side as well. These have been reliable folks and have serviced my needs in an excellent manner – sales, service and a great maintenance staff. Stay with them or go with them if you are not already there.

Unsanitary Health Hazard Properties

There are cockroaches everywhere! 25 roach bombs where set off down stairs without warning with my 15 month old and the 4 year old child of a friend upstairs. Water leaks out of my vents when it rains and causes a permanent stain on the carpet. The water is not clear either it's nasty. Would any living breathing person agree that there is mold in these ducts!!?! Well the maintence (one of whom admitted to knowing nothing about heating and air) is telling me that it is sweating and that it is NORMAL!!! Yet the only window in the house that sweats is the bathroom because there is no bathrooms fan and it sweats constantly unless I leave it open and it doesn't shut fully! Also the bathroom heat hasn't worked since I moved in and I can't get anyone to fix it! Also the bars on the front porch aren't up to code but are covered in a grandfather clause. However they are also missing bars and have cracks in the metal steps that are long overdue for repair ( I have a small child). I had to have to carpet cleaned and sanitized myself becuase it was originally cleaned with a rug doctor) TThank the sweet lord i did because both neighbors told me the lady before had had a major problem with HOOK WORMS! If my baby had gotten that... grrr.. don't even wanna go there

Please don't put yourself through this...

We have had problems too many to list. There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever with this company. My rent is paid on time EVERY MONTH and I get little response to problems and the one time they did show up THEY BILLED ME for a leak that was pre-existing for several months and gave me a different reason why I was billed every time. I sent dozens of emails and was treated like dirt. They even sent the bills for this to the wrong address. They also insisted that we were agreeing to a new lease by paying our rent, no signature required so we are now stuck for another year in despair. Ultimately, please don't rent from these people - you will be very sorry.
