Great place to learn Chinese cooking.
Lan has been teaching classes here for 20+ years, and it's the best value around as far as cooking classes. You can learn the basics or go for a more advanced class that branches out into Thai, Japanese and dim sum. Plus you can buy the cooking equipment you need without making your wallet hurt.

As for the anonymous reviewer who mentioned they learned how to cook beef stroganoff, etc., clearly they'd had too much wine to drink before they wrote that review.
