Piedmont Metro has serviced our family for over ten years. We have always been impressed by this company. They have always been prompt, polite, professional and their prices have always been wonderful. We have always checked other companies for their prices,and in comparison Piedmont Metro has always been on top! We just had our unit services and like usual they did an excellent job.

I am very happy with this company. They were very polite, fair and professional. They came to our home and gave us a very reasonable quote, after calling two other companies who gave me outrageous prices. They quickly and thoroughly finished the job and now my system is working better than before.

Left in a Lurch. I'm still waiting on service person to come back to my house, because the person who came yesterday "didn't have the right tools." Now I've waited on a second visit all day to learn that their business model depends on using a 110 lb man to reach small holes... Beyond unprofessional. They've kept us in a lurch for two days now, when we could have had this problem fixed much sooner by another company.

honest and respectful. I had called this company to come out to fix my air conditioner. They gave me a quote for a part and fixed it quickly. The thing I am so happy about, is that I had many other companies come out and all they did was "condemn" my unit and quote me a huge amount for a whole new system. I ended up saving thousands of dollars with this Company. From now on, this IS the ONLY company I will do business with, with related problems. They were also very respectful of my home and property. They made sure they're feet were clean before coming in the house, and made sure that everything was back in place before they left. I couldn't even tell that they were there except for the working air conditioning. Thank you, Piedmont Metro!

Dependable. My wife and I needed someone to come out to our home asap! No other company was able to come out. We called EVERYONE! Then we came across this company and called. I explained to the lady in the office how hot it was in our home and we had a new baby in the house. The house was over 95 degrees. She told me she would call me right back and not five minutes later she called to tell me someone was in route to my home and they would be there in about fourty to fourty five minutes. They fixed the a/c that day and I haven't had a problem with it since. My wife and I were very please with the professionalism of the workers and the office staff and will certainly call them back.

Thank You, Piedmont Metro. I just wanted to say "Thank You, Piedmont Metro for fixing my boiler. No other company would come out and fix it on a Sunday. I called Piedmont Metro and they arrived on-time, fixed my boiler and explained to me how my heating system worked within a hour. I will recommend your service to my neighbors and friends!! Thank you!

honest, dependable, friendly. I was very pleased with the excellent service I received from doing business with Piedmont Metro. I called to get my heat checked out because when I turned it on for the first time this year, it wouldnt come on. They came out that day and fixed my problem at a minimal cost. The service tech as well as the office staff were very helpful and friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend this company to my neighbors and friends and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Awesome service!!!!
