Cleanliness needs a lot of work!. I had the displeasure of having a walk through with a young man last week. While he was nice and courteous the rest of the story leaves a lot to be wanting when it comes to where I would want my dog to stay. The kennel cleanliness is not up to par. There was a smell of urine and feces that was more overwhelming than should be for an average kennel. I have always made sure to do a walk through before leaving my pet with a facility, and this is one that I would not refer anyone to. I am not sure how or why this is tolerated by management. This is a facility that does need a lot of work in the kennels in regards to the cleanliness aspect of things. I will definitely not be leaving my pet here.…
Best Animal Care You Can Get.. I was an employee at North Paw Animal Hospital for almost three years and that was almost four years ago and i learned a lot while i was there and i have used what i was taught. I have always loved animals and had animals but until you work at an Animal Hospital you dont really respect animals i think. The Doctors there are wonderful and i have had four of my pets took there and they did great work and i would recommend them to anyone. They care about the animals and treat them like they are theirs and you dont see that at most vets because most of them just think about the money but if you take your pet to North Paw it will be very well cared for. I wish i was still there working but due to some personal reasons im not but if i was i would definatly retire from there because that was the best job i ever had. I loved all the people and when you came in the door you were greeted with smiling faces from the receptionist and you didnt have to sit and wait forever like at some places. Im sure there are probably a lot of good Animal Hospitals out there but to me there is none like North Paw and they deserve an award of some sort. Great receptionist and wonderful doctors and all the other staff were great. If you need to take your pet to be treated for anything take him there and i promise you will be satisfied with you see.…
