Worst pasta dishes!. I wouldn't go here if you are expecting good pastas from the menu because they're not. I've tried two different kinds and to be honest they're a waste of money. I can say that their burgers if cooked right are just fine but get the mini burgers or perhaps a turkey burger those are good too. The salad bar is nothing like the one down the road in the Kroger plaza shopping center I think it might be called Super Salad or something like that, but the salad bar is beyond that they you find in this type of restaurant, so it's worth getting instead of ordering from the menu. Pass on the sweets too they are a waste of money as well. I would like to comment on the service, which at most times is poor, unless you're in a party they seem to pay more attention to your needs. I had one waitress give me the bill and never came back for it. I decided to just wait there to see how long it would take her to remember or notice and I sit for over 10 minutes and still no one returned, I finally had to signal to come back. I left a tip, but the service is always the wrost unless with a group.

Don't waste your time, eat at the mall.. Fair service and LOUSY food. Salad bar OK, but not great. Very empty at lunch. They screwed up both lunched we order. And did it a second time. Sorry won't go back.

Horrible Service. My husband and I don't often complian about service even if it is not wonderful, however the service that we had at this Ruby Tuesday was horrible. We decided to have the salad bar because it took the waitress a good 10 minutes to even come to take our drink order so we knew a meal would take a long time to get. I ordered soup with my salad bar but never got it. Our drinks didn't come until well after our first trip to the salad bar. We were almost done with our salads by the time our drinks came and we don't eat extremely fast. We have never left the waitress $0 for a tip but we did this night. She had no clue about service nor did the manager. Would never go back.

Fair Service - Good Salad Bar. The food is much more impressive here than the service. If you get aggrevated by sorry service then there is no reason to eat here because you may get up and leave. I cannot count the times I have eaten here and had horrible service. Why do I keep going back you may ask. Well, the salad bar. The salad bar, as they advertise, is "serious".

The food is really good, if it is hot. I've been on occassion when my fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday...yet not reheated, just served. If you want a salad go here, if you want a meal I would head somewhere else. If you want to smoke at a restuarant this may be one of your only choices because the trend in the triangle (at least Chapel Hill and Durham) is that you can't smoke inside most restuarants.

Good service - fair food. I've always have very good service at this location, from the hostess to the servers. Your food comes quickly and you get fair protions at ok prices. The food tastes like anything you'd get at Houlihans or Chilis or Appleebees. Great place for lunch or to take the kids. This is not a place I'd go for a special date.

Longest lunch hour ever.... Usually haven't had a problem with the service, but this time it took almost an hour for us to get our food. The manager had to come over and apologize, saying that the ticket had gotten lost in the kitchen. We think it wasn't even turned in... Waitress was pretty rude and incompetent. Even screwed up the check, charging my order to my friend's card. Plus, sodas are -way- overpriced (almost $2!!!). Food was good, though. I won't be going back to this branch again, if any.
