Excellent Customer Service. We have purchased many appliances from these folks (they used to be located in Durham but recently moved to Chapel Hill) over the years. We have found Kitchen & Bath’s pricing to be competitive or lower than the bigger box chain stores. Most recently we ordered a set of appliances from Kitchen & Bath back in April through the Government Energy Star Rebate. We had anticipated taking delivery of the appliances back in May however the project took a little longer then we had anticipated. Kitchen & Bath was nice enough to house our appliances for five months and we just took delivery and installation this week. We are very pleased with the high level of customer service and will continue to recommend Kitchen & Bath Galleries to our friends in the future.
