Nothing to say.. Just avoid.
Very bad experience I had here..
Very disliking, not at all Indian authentic type taste and bad ever service, plus they cry for tip..
No attention at the stock of food in buffet.. I had bad behavioural experience from waiter and Owner too...
I doubt if they understand the stupidity they are doing..
Take out-Don't get what you pay for!. My husband and I have been to the lunch buffet in Cary and thought it was pretty good. So, we decided to get take out on a Thursday night and ordered the Tandoori Mix Platter. It was $20 and from the description I thought it would definately be enough for 2. Well, when we opened the box at home, there was the equivalent of 1 chicken breast, a finger of lamb and two really mushy shrimp. For 20 dollars!!?? Not to mention we payed $2 for one piece of Roti. The box had more raw onions and peppers than actual meat! While the flavors were what we expected, the kabob meat was really dry and it made us wonder if it was leftover from the buffet. The best part of the meal was the rice. Save your money and go during the lunch buffet. Don't waste your money on dinner.
Best at night. This is the restaurant that my husband and I choose most often when we go out for our anniversary. Though we only go once or twice a year, the proprieter remembers us and remembers our favorite dishes. The food is far and away the best Indian food in the area. Their lunch buffet is no better or worse than other Indian buffets, but their evening menu is truly excellent. Between the service that makes us feel like "regulars" from really nice people, the helpful suggestions to ensure we have a combination of dishes that work well together, and the delicate and perfectly prepared food, this is a great choice for a favorite restaurant.
Needs progress. Bombay Grille used to be one of the best in the triangle but they seem not to have improved much since I first went there in 1998. They wold do well to add some variety and change to keep up withthe improving Triangle Indian Cuisine.
Pretty Good!.
I have been eating at this restaurant every once in a while for about eight years. This is a good place to get healthy, delicious food nearly any time of the day.
The service has always been prompt and friendly, and they make delicious chai. The menu and buffet are pretty much what one would expect from a typical Indian restaurant.
Someone has posted a review stating dissatisfaction at how a "free entree" coupon was handled. I have used these on occasion and must point out that the coupon was handled appropriately - always check the fine print of your dining guide!
Slow takeout. Takeout availability is late. Several times I have tried to order takeout on the way home from work. They won't answer the phone until 5:15, and never has the order been ready before 6pm, although the restaurant opens at 5:30 and I always placed the order around 5:15.
Food OK but very bad service.
Had been for lunch buffet on a weekend.Food was not bad at all. But the service was EXTREMELY BAD. Surprisingly only 1 waiter for the entire restaurant. Didnt even care to serve water when I was seated. There was an American couple too who had to stand at the door approx. 5 minutes until they were attended.
Will never go back there again.
