It's the "nice place" to dine for lunch in RTP, and though the food is quite good ambience evokes a formal feel. There is one extensive menu to select from, and it is served all day. You never thought there were so many options for breakfast: eggs Benedict, served with grits or home fries and fresh fruit, Alaskan snow crab omelettes, pecan waffles, and rib-eye sandwiches are a few of the classic items offered.

Average- I have had friends rave about Brigs food.Today, was my first time visiting. I ordered the Waldorf Chicken Salad Sandwich. It was to sweet for my taste and a little bland. The server seemed to be rushing us out the door. I admit the food was very pleasing to look at on the plate but was bland. Maybe another dish would have been a better choice.

Brigs at the Park is one of my favorite restaurants. I have so many favorites from here I can't name them all. The best of the best is their turkey croissant with home fries and their pecan pancakes.!! Good quality for a low price! They just need more room, the place is not that big but is always full.

Brigs puts IHOP to shame. I had some of the best chocolate chip pancakes ever. I love to go here for brunch but I avoid it on the weekends. It is entirely too popular and you can wait for 30 minutes for a seat. The crazy thing is that people do wait because the food is that enjoyable. When I don't feel like eating in the restaurant I get a take out order and it is just as enjoyable.
