It's housed in the same building as a storefront church, so you may get to hear snatches of gospel while chowing down among Dillards' beat-up booths, folksy decorations, and college pennants. Dillard's barbecue is doused with its own spicy sauce (available by itself for true fans) and served with beans, slaw, good macaroni and cheese, and great peach cobbler. The staff is very friendly.

While my mother visited back in late October early November. We got food from this establishment. I was not pleased at all with the food and was very sorry our money had been spent as well as hermeal not being to pleasant. We got the steamed cabbage(no flavor), salmon patties( had bones in it) and her chicken again was not very flavorful. I understand that they were on the food network (or some show) but I am sure it was because of their Bar-b-que they specialize in which I do not eat.I would have to say I wouldn't recommend this restaraunt to anyone.

Very good southern styled cooking. You can find smothered chicken and pork chops on the menu. Your fish is usually fried to order and comes to you fresh and hot. The cobbler is also very good.

Dillard's is a good choice for barbeque. The staff is friendly and the pork barbeque is tasty. They have a good selection of sides items and the carrot souffle is delicious. I would recommend this restaurant.
