Selling Crap.
You may not have noticed that Target has stricter rules on returns. They will not take back used and sometimes open merchandise.
This is because the items they sell are crap. I bought the same item twice and it broke both times.
Secondly, they advertise discount prices in their store and the items continuously ring up higher. I have talked to other folks and not surprisingly enough they have noticed the same dishonest tactics.
