You won't miss the meat!. I'm not a vegetarian. At all. But coming to Butternut Squash for a friend's birthday was a wonderful experience. The first thing you notice is the decor. It definitely has the urban eco-hipster vibe and felt very comfortable. Our hostess/waitress was very attentive the entire time and made sure we were taken care of. Overall the food was consistently good, with several high points: the sweet potato fries were incredible! The guacamole was perfect, the subtle flavors of the flash-fried goat cheese with a berry reduction melted on your tongue, and the butternut squash risotto was smooth and creamy.

All of us had a great time and I know that I'll definitely be going there again, even if it's just to get me some sweet potato fries!
