great experience. I have been able to visit this spa , in the mall, twice now and I now I will go back. The service was great and the ladies were very pleasant to be with. I enjoyed my treatments and I even purchased the Dermalogica Age Smart map 15 , which I had heard about from my friends. I purchased it and I am pleased to say I am already seeing results!! I especially liked the location, as it was right next to the interstate and easy to find. It was easy to get in for an appointment and the salon was very impressive. I have been to many spas on numerous trips and I think this is a great find. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends. They were all very sweet and the owner was very attentive to my requests.

Excellent service, soothing treatments. I recently was treated to two serives at the Blue Diamond Spa. This was my first visit to the spa, and I was pleasantly surprised by the tasteful decor and meticulously clean surroundings. I was greeted by the receptionist and offered a beverage, then spoke with the owner, and finally met my facialist Stephanie. Service was prompt, but not rushed. Once settled into the soothing and private environment of the facial room, I received a first class facial. I particularly enjoyed the hot towels and the hand massage I received while my facial mask was drying. Stephanie created a very relaxing atmosphere with calming music and her own gentle voice and unhurried manner.

My second treatment was a back facial. This was like a facial and a massage combined. I had never had this treatment before, but it was wonderfully relaxing- so much so that I dozed off at one point! I thoroughly enjoyed this treatment and would love to try it again.

I am always a little anxious when trying a new spa, as service can vary wildly, but I was utterly delighted by the services I received at the Blue Diamond Spa. This spa is aptly named, as it is truly a gem of a find!

Great service. I have to say I completely disagree about the service I received at the Blue Diamond Spa. Had I read the review of Sarah, first, I can say I would not have given this spa a chance. I also had Joyce as my nail tech and the service I received was AWESOME! The hand and foot massage was great. She is very meticulous and took her time on my service. I do agree that all the stafff was very nice and the spa was very clean. While talking to Joyce she explained to me that the environment was for relaxation which is why they only have one manicure/pedicure chair and everything is geared towards one-to-one service...I truly felt as if I got my money's worth. For the time and continuous treatmnet I received, I feel it was money well spent. I'm glad I decided to stop in and will definitely return when I treat myself again.
