Service Department... – When I first moved to North Raleigh in 1999, I was driving my first Acura, an 1988 Legend L series. I discovered Performance Acura shortly after and have been taking my Acuras (we now have 3) there for service. One of the things that I appreciate most is the stability in their service managers. I have only worked with 2 different managers over the past 12 years. They know me, they know my vehicles and we talk regularly about what really must be done to keep my vehicles running well and in good mechanical shape. I currently have my 1999 RL at just over 200,000 miles, a 2005 MDX with 151,000 miles and a couple of years ago bought a 2009 TSX with 30,000 miles. All three are running great and it is a direct result of the excellent level of service and support that I get from Performance and their team of Acura specialists. Really an excellent group to work with. Easy to get to as well,...right off I40 in Chapel Hill. I highly recommend them...
Acura Service with no worries – I have bought my last two automobles (both Acura) from Performance Acura and since 1995, this is the only place I've had service performed (which speaks volumes because I'm pretty picky). The service advisors are polite, careful, have a good knowledge in all areas and thorough. That is very encourgaing but the real pleasure for me is the quality of work from the technicians. Never has there been any fallout from any service. I can leave the dealership without a care which has not been my experience with other dealerships in the past. Just great quality of work from the mechanics. I feel lucky that I have them to service my car.
Excellent Service Dept! – I have had two Acura's, a TSX and an RDX. The TSX was purchased at Performance, while the RDX was not because they did not have what I needed. The Service Dept. has been equally impressive regardless of where I purchased. Individuals like Christoffer make getting your car serviced an enjoyable experience. Performance really knows how to treat their customers, whether its greeting you when you come in, not making you wait, calling when your car is ready, giving you a loaner, etc. Keep up the great work!
Great service department – Even though I live in North Raleigh I have no problem driving to Chapel Hill, the guys in service department have always been professional, courteous, and thorough. Highly recommended!
Great Service experiences – I live in Raleigh, but I make the drive to Chapel Hill any time my MDX needs service, because the service is outstanding and the people are so friendly. John and Mike always take great care of me and my car. They do a great job washing it and the car looks like new every time. They really go above and beyond to provide great service.
Outstanding Dealership – I have never experienced, anywhere, the service and attention I get at Performance Acura of Chapel Hill. John Prillaman is as good as they come. All work is completed on time and to my satisfaction. I have met several of the mechanics and all have been courteous and professional. I would expect to purchase another Acura at some point. You cannot go wrong with Performanace Acura.
Great, Friendly Service – I purchased a 2008 TL in July of 2010. I love the car. The dealership has been a pleasure to work with from buying the car, to getting the oil changed, to having repair work done when someone backed into my beautiful new car. After dealing with other shops in the past, it is a true pleasure to walk into Performance and be treated so well.
Performance Acura Service Dept – Took my 2009 TSX in for a problem with the sattelite radio. They gave me a loaner, newer than my car, kept mine until they determine what was wrong, fixed it beautifully, and returned my car to me and picked up the loaner. Marc in the service department was OUTSTANDING to work with.
Outstanding Service Department! – I have dealt wigh a number of service departments but Performance is at the top! Every aspect, from making an appointment, check-in, work performance, and returning your clean auto, demonstrates that they understand customer service and practice it. They have few peers.
Nice service – very nice dealer, also offers reasonable price on maintenance and holds several promotion programs each year. will keep on it.
