honestI called a local company after my heat quit working. They quoted me an outrageous price. For a second opinion, I decided to call Piedmont Metro because my neighbore had a wonderful experience with this company. When I called them they were able to make an appointment for the very next morning. after they checked my heting unit thoroughly, they made a call to their office and they discovered that my heating ssystem was completely under warranty. The only cost I had was for them to install it, which was almost pennies! I am thankful for their thoroughness, professionalism and their honesty.
