Best place I could find for cosmetic skin treatments

I live in Richmond and was looking for a good, reputable place to offer laser skin surfacing (mainly to address some acne scarring and discoloration). After a lot of research, I decided to give Carolina Medi-Spa a try, because of their special offers and ability to schedule me for an appointment the very next week. My visit far exceeded my expectations. The staff was super-friendly and I received an extended consultation both with a registered nurse and a doctor. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and well cared for. It's fantastic value, too (they have some of the lowest prices on Fraxel and IPL). Even though it's a three-hour drive from here, I will only consider Carolina Medi-Spa for my skin care needs.

Great Find

I am from Atlanta but my Aunt lives here in Chapel Hill, I wanted to do something nice for her on my recent visit so I decided to take her here and she loved it. Thanks guys for being so accomodating to us on such short notice she greatly appreciated it and loved her facial too.
