Soupy, Salty Salads. This was my first and last trip to Doc Green's. I ordered a Greek Salad and my husband ordered the Asian Salad. Both salads had the dressing on the side, but when we sat down to eat we noticed there was a lot of liquid at the bottom of our bowls. From the first bite, it tasted as if the salad ingredients were sitting in chemicals to preserve freshness. We tried to mask the flavor with the dressing given, but that did not taste much better. My dressing was overpowered by too much salt and pepper. The end result was a soupy, salty mess.

Crisp at Crabtree Mall is much better than Doc Green's. You would actually even do better picking up a prepared salad at Fresh Market. This place either needs to drop its price or invest in better, fresher ingredients. I was highly disappointed.…
