Excellent stylists and fun atmosphere!

I've seen Carrie D. twice for down-do's. She is PHENOMENAL!!! Both times she's done my hair, I received countless compliments from both friends and strangers. Carrie is great about soliciting my input, and injecting her own style and expertise into her styling. The receptionists are also very sweet. I highly recommend this salon!

Autumn Breezes

Autumn breezes and an old outgrown summer style are sending me back to Bobbie for a fresh fall haircut. This salon is so caring and concerned with the appropriate look for each customer, not just what the stylist has in mind that day. Bobbie is excellent with color too. I highly recommend Destenee for good service.

Carrie D. is the best!

Carrie D... Where have you been all of my life? I just want to say that Carrie at Destenee knows her business!!! I have naturally dirty blond hair, and have spent countless dollars and time in various salons throughout the years getting highlights done. Carrie D. is an expert in color, and suggested that she do an all- over color back in July upon my first visit to the salon (much more cost effective, and less maintenance, and less damaging to the hair itself). Boy was she right, the all around color/dye job (blonder then my natural color) has held up great! I've needed no maintenance up until now (October). I have gotten tons of compliments on my beautiful and "natural" blond hair. I cannot say enough about how refreshing it is to have such an honest, upfront, and talented hairdresser!!!! The salon itself is very comfortable, and clean, and they'll pour you a glass of complementary wine at any hour of the day. Great hair, great stylist, great prices!!!! Thank you Carrie D and Destenee Salon!!!!

Love my Stylist

I have been going to Destenee for awhile now and always feel welcome and comfortable. Jeremy is the BEST. He has been coloring and stylig my hair for over 8 years and always gets it right. How lucky to find someone who is so professional and extremely in the know on what is new and fresh when it comes to women and current styles. Jeremy will never steer you wrong I trust him completely with keeping me in style. Just because I am a soccer mom doesn't mean I have to look like one.......Thanks Jeremy

This place rocks!!

We came in with a wedding party and got our hair and makeup done. The stylists that did our updo's took their time and really paid attention to what we wanted. We had about 10 people in our group and came in on a Sunday. Destenee salon and spa treated us with fresh fruit, mimosa's, white wine, pasteries and smiles. I feel as though they are so unique in the personal touches that they provided to our party. The staff really made us feel welcome and went way beyond our expectations. Our make up artists Carrie and Seema were so talented. Seema was so upbeat and did an exceptional job with my makeup. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Thanks for a wonderful job ladies, we will def be back, and will send friends your way!

Excellent Service

My service was actually with Carrie for my mother's wedding, but our pleasant welcome was from Whitney. She made my mother and I experience worth the wait. Our wait was not long at all for Carrie whom was finishing up a guest. Whitney guest service is exceptional!

Carrie did my mom's makeup like a movie star for her wedding. While waiting for my mom, Whitney service me. Well let me tell you....I WILL NOT BE LEAVING WHITNEY. Not only did she give me a drop dead haircut and color, but the shampoo service was PRICELESS. I received so many compliments on my hair at the wedding.

Whitney & Carrie, my mom and I took you business cards and placed them on the table at the reception...and LET'S JUST SAY THEY WERE NONE TO BE FOUND!!!

i LOVE my hilights!

i had been going to the same hairstylist for about a year, but she was often afraid to branch out. i wanted a more chunky hilight, so i thought i would try someone new. whitney was FABULOUS! i felt completely comfortable with her, and she communicated really well about what look i was going for so that we were on the same page. in the past i've been a little intimidated by my hairdresser (i.e.: i didn't want to tell them if i didn't like it bc i was afraid to hurt their feelings) but whitney was so straightforward that i'm sure if it hadn't turned out so perfectly she would've made the extra effort until i was satisfied. i've gotten tons of compliments on my new shiny hilights, and the tones and thickness of hilight is exactly what i wanted.

Great Vibe at this Salon!

I have to say that this is by far the best salon that I have ever been to. I had an appointment for a highlight and cut. The staff there was very nice and everyone seemed to work together. My appointment was with Hamza. I told him what I wanted and he suggested that we start with something a little more subtle first and if I wanted to go more drastic after that that we could. I'm glad he did because I elected to go with the more subtle highlight. The stand out performance for me was the shampoo. He gave an incredible scalp massage with the shampoo. I beleive that great service should not go unnoticed. I'll be back for the great job he did on my hair, but it helps that he's not too hard to look at either. ;o)

Great Salon!

I am going back again this morning for another appointment with Bobbie. She always does a great job, is concerned about what you want, and is so friendly. Also the Salon is very flexible with appointments. I highly recommend it.

Great place to spend the day

I have been to Destenee Salon (3) times and I have enjoyed myself thoroughly each time. Carrie D is awesome and can do it all, I spend the day with her each time I go. She has colored and cut my hair, given me the best scalp massage I have ever had, a gentle eyebrow wax and wonderful, relaxing pedicure to complete the day. As you can see, I keep finding reasons to go back for more!
