This Restaurant isn't there. :( I was eager to try it. Anyone know if it moved? The number listed above is disconnected.
There is a restaurant in its location though, called Chubby Tacos. It was inexpensive and tasty.

We went for dinner on a don't-feel-like-cooking weeknight and loved it. We had their dinner buffet, which was a great way to sample a lot of their dishes. We particularly liked a spiced mushroom dish and the fried sweet plantains. At $6.50 it was an incredible deal. The fresh juices were great, too, and the service was warm and friendly.
Authentic Central American Cuisine

Xiloa's authentic flavors of Nicaragua remind me of the great food I had on a recent trip to Honduras. Be sure to try the Mofongo with carne adovado. I really liked the sweetness of the fried plantains combined with the slight saltiness of the capers and olives.
unique but delicious food, friendly atmosphere

I'm not normally a very adventurous eater, so I was worried when I didn't recognize most of the dishes. However, the people working there are extremely friendly and helpful, and both times the food has been very tasty. Their fruit drinks are also definitely worth trying- very, very good. The whole place feels very authentic and friendly.

It's hard to miss the bright blue awning and painted palm trees that mark the entrance to this cozy lunch spot, pronounced hee-low-ah. Inside, Durham professionals and students from nearby Duke University vie for a handful of tables. Start out with a signature refresco, an ice-cold drink made from natural fruits and grains. For entrees, choose from an eclectic menu that ranges from mofongo--chicken or pork served on roasted plantains--to Indian tacos.
